Service Contract for the Duration of the Lease.

Owners Not Maintaining Unit Plumbing and Steps Association Will Take
To Retro-fit Toilet Tanks to Protect Against Future Floods.

?/span>  ANY VEHICLE WHICH IS NOT DISPLAYING THE NEW BLUE OVAL PARKING DECAL WILL BE CHARGED FOR VALET PARKING

?nbsp; A NEW PARKING DECAL MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM)

?nbsp; ALL OLD PARKING PERMITS ARE INVALID

?nbsp; ANY VEHICLE PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT WITHOUT A PROPER PERMIT OR VALET TAG WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE.

NEW PARKING PERMITS AND REMOTE CONTROLS

June 19, 2007

Beginning Wednesday, June 20, 2007 we will begin issuing new parking permits for all authorized vehicles

?span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">        Each unit will be allowed up to two (2) valet parking permits based on need.  Each valet parking permit must be registered to an authorized vehicle.

?span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">        Vehicle Registration, Driver’s License and Resident information will be verified in the Condominium Administrative office before a parking permit is issued. 

?span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">        Parking permits will be issued by the condominium administrative office during the hours of 10am-6pm Monday -Friday.

?span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">        Parking permit must be visibly displayed on vehicles? driver side front window. 

?span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">        Remote Controls will be available for those residents who wish to self-park at the purchase price of $100.00 each. Up to two (2) remote controls may be purchased by each unit based on need.  (checks only)

?span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">        The parking lot gates will be lowered on Monday July 2, 2007.  After that time, any car parked in our parking lot which is not properly permitted will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Please plan on visiting the condominium administrative office to obtain your parking permits and if desired, purchase remote controls.
